Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cutsio.

You retain all rights in any content you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit through our services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
